Circle of Christhood

The Study of Joel Goldsmith's Infinite Way

Dear Infinite Way Teachers

Dear Teachers,

With all due respect and love, it is time that you begin to find your inspiration within rather than on this site.  It is becoming more and more obvious that you are not able to tap into your Source for your own work and must come here to find your inspiration.  It is not that I mind your looking over my shoulder. It is simply that I mind the poor example you are setting for students of The Infinite Way.

This message teaches and promises that the Within is our Source.  You do not have to be "Tin Pan Alley" performers (as Joel describes), copying what another does.  We get our inspiration and work from our own fount, not our neighbor's.

First, it would help if you took Joel's instructions about materials to heart. I am convinced that you could soar if you used Joel's tapes daily, as I do and listen to the within in meditation for your guidance.

The points below are not personal to me. Surely, every student will recognize that they are from Joel's work. However, you extol your independence when it comes to making tapes and not using Joel's, yet stay close to him if it is of commercial value.  This is becoming very transparent to us all.

You do not need to use my names:

Aloha - my email address for years in this work, adopted by Virginia Stephenson and son for their site.
Circle of Christhood  - no one used this before. Titshall students did not even know that Circle of Christhood was Joel's teaching.

You do not need to follow my week-long class format:
Week retreats were a practice of Joel and Will which I have offered for over 10 years.  No one in the work ever held week long retreats until you noticed mine.

The mailing of passages daily - a practice continued by previous students, stopped years ago because it was not effective.

The publishing of Wisdoms by Valor Foundation is unnecessary. Mystics sells them in card form, The Infinite Way lists them, and they are posted on this site.

A student reminded me of this story:

"Gutei's (Chu-chih) [9th century] favourite response to any question put to him was to lift one of his fingers.  His little boy attendant imitated him, and whenever the boy was asked by strangers as to the teaching of the master he would lift his finger.  Learning of this, the master one day called the boy in and cut off his finger.  The boy in fright and pain tried to run away, but was called back, when the master held up his finger.  The boy tried to imitate the master, as was his wont, but the finger was no more there, and then suddenly the significance of it all dawned upon him.  Copying is slavery."

I will continue to recognize you as the Christ and eagerly look forward to your unique expressions of Spirit.

Blessings always,
