Recommended Books

Joel Asked That We Read the Books in This Order

Begin with Practicing the Presence and Living the Infinite Way. Then take The Infinite Way, The Art of Meditation, The Art of Spiritual Healing. We can then choose to read the remaining books as we are led.  (Important works are:  Thunder of Silence, The Consciousness Series from Acropolis Books, Foundations of Mysticism (the transcribed 1959 Hawaiian Healing Tapes), the Monthly Letters in original 1949 through 1959 ( see Early Years and Mystics of the World for comb-bound original photocopy). 

Beginning in 1960 the Letters became books and they were given titles.

2. 1961  Letters - The Contemplative Life

3. 1962  Letters - Man Was Not Born to Cry

4. 1963  Letters - Living Now

5. 1964  Letters - Realization of Oneness
